👉 The technical architecture relies on three pillars:
1. The Wallet Crew template engine
It designs the visual and structure of the gift card using Apple’s and Google’s native models.
Dynamic fields are configured: recipient name, amount, expiry date, unique barcode…
2. Connection to data sources
The platform queries your system (Cegid, Shopify) or your voucher provider (SVS) in real time to retrieve voucher information (balance, validity).
3. Customer enrolment
- Post-purchase email: A secure link lets users add the card to their wallet in one click.
- QR code on the receipt: The customer scans the code and instantly adds their card.
- SDK for direct addition from the website, compatible with any e-commerce platform.

The Regata use case
Regata uses our platform to transform the experience around its gift cards:
After purchasing a gift card online — where the customer enters the amount, the recipient’s name and email — an automatic email is sent via their marketing automation tool, Bloomreach. This email includes a secure link that allows the recipient to add the gift card directly to their mobile wallet.
Our smart landing page automatically adapts to the user’s device.
On iPhone, the “Add to Apple Wallet” button appears, while on Android, the Google Wallet button is displayed. One simple tap is all it takes for the gift card to be instantly added to the recipient’s wallet, ready to use in-store or online.
